I run Halo Turf here in Utah County
I am Jared with Halo Turf. The brand installs out of California, and there are branches in Arizona and Texas. Utah County is the fourth market, and I run it.
We are new in this county. I would rather say that than pretend otherwise. What we brought with us is the install standard. We brought the USA-made, lead-free, PFAS-free product. And we brought a warranty with the tiers printed, so you can read it before you sign anything.
What we are building here is the local part. Yard by yard.

New build yards
New build in Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, or Lehi, with a bare dirt lot to finish. A dirt yard is the cleanest install we do.

Covers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation from natural light exposure. It does not cover matting, misuse, or damage from chemicals. This is the product warranty. You get the full document at closeout.
Most of this market says “industry leading warranty” and never prints a term. We would rather print the tiers. Then you can compare.
What the turf is made of

The Utah Winter Build Standard
Every yard we build gets the same five steps. The base is the job.
Hold this part of our quote up next to any other quote you get.
Base depth. Dug out and built to depth for your soil and your slope.
Compaction. Compacted in lifts, not dumped and rolled once.
Drainage. Slope and drainage built for snowmelt. It is shown on your plan.
Seams. Cut and secured to hold through freeze-thaw movement.
Infill. Spread and power-broomed. That sets the blades and holds the surface steady.

About the rebate everyone asks about
Straight answer, because you are going to ask. Utah County will not pay you a dollar to install artificial turf.
The statewide Landscape Incentive Program leaves it out. The Central Utah Water Conservancy District serves this county. It states plainly that artificial turf will not be incentivized.
Some companies advertising in these cities say otherwise. They are wrong, and we would rather you hear it from us first.
What those programs do pay for is a living plant conversion. That yard still needs plants, and those plants get watered, weeded, and replaced.
