Dirt Yard To Done In Utah County
The house is finished. The yard is not. It is still the dirt they graded it with, and the weeds moved in before you did. We turn a bare lot into green space you can use. A dirt yard is the cleanest install we do.
Free on-site consultation and a written estimate. $0 down and 12 months interest-free, on approved credit, on qualified projects.

- No sod to tear out, no sprinklers to demolish.A bare lot is the fastest and cleanest install in the mix. That is why now is the cheap moment to do it.
- $0 down and 12 months interest-free, on approved credit, on qualified projects. You just closed on a house. We know what the first year looks like.
- Base build, compaction, drainage. Built for freeze-thaw.On a new build the grading is fresh and the soil has not settled. That makes the base build more important here, not less.

The 15-year product warranty, with the tiers printed
- Years 1 through 8
- 100%
- Years 9 through 12
- 50%
- Years 13 through 15
- 25%
Covers significant fading, breakdown, or degradation from natural light exposure. Exclusions include matting, misuse, and chemical damage. Product warranty, handed over in writing at closeout.
Most companies in this county say “industry leading warranty” and stop there. We would rather print the tiers. Then you can compare.
What the turf is made of
- 100% USA-made.
- Lead-free.
- PFAS-free.
- UV stabilized. That is what the fade coverage is written against.
Your kids will be on this yard every day for years. Ask every installer for this list in writing.

The Utah Winter Build Standard
Base depth. Excavated and built to depth for your soil and your slope.
Compaction. Compacted in lifts. A builder-graded lot has not settled yet, and loose base sinks into low spots.
Drainage. Slope and drainage built for snowmelt. We show it on your plan before we start. On a new build it matters double, because the grading around the house is still fresh.
Seams. Cut and secured to hold through freeze-thaw movement.
Infill. Spread and power-broomed. Blades stand upright and the surface stays stable.

Every review here is a real Google review from the Arizona or California branch, and every card says which one. None of these are Utah reviews. Same brand, same turf, and the same base build we would put under your lot.

Turf landscaping for a yard that has never been landscaped
Most turf jobs start with tearing something out. Yours does not. Builder-graded dirt is close to where a base build wants to start, which means less tear-out, less hauling, and less labor between you and a finished yard.
That is the practical version. The other one is that you skip the whole first act. No sod to lay. No sprinkler system to buy and then keep fixing. No first summer spent watering a lawn into life just so you can start mowing it.

Installing artificial grass on dirt, step by step
We come look at the lot. Free, and we measure. We look at where water goes when it runs off your roof, and at the lots next door too. On a new build, nobody has found that out yet.
Written scope. Square footage, the turf spec, the base build, the drainage plan, and the timeline. In writing.
Base build. We dig it out and lay a weed barrier. Base material goes in and gets compacted in lifts. Then we set the slope and drainage.
Turf, seams, and infill. We cut around anything already in place. Seams get secured. Infill is spread and power-broomed.
Cleanup and walk-through. We clean up and walk the yard with you. Then we hand you the care sheet and the warranty papers.
Front yard artificial grass, back yard, or the whole lot
Most families start with the back yard. That is the part the kids and the dog need, and the part you look at from the kitchen.
Front yard artificial grass is the other common first move. That goes double if the front is the part you look at every time you pull in.
Doing both at once is almost always cheaper than doing them a year apart, because the crew and the gear only come out once. Ask us to scope both at the visit, even if you plan to do one. Then you have real numbers to decide with.

Finish it before the season closes
This one is a real deadline and not a sales trick. Adhesives do not cure properly once temperatures drop below roughly 45 to 50 degrees, so the install season in Utah County closes down around November and does not open back up until spring.
If you want the yard usable next summer, you have two good options. Get it in this fall, or quote now and lock a spring install date at the scope we write today. Both work. Waiting until April to start the conversation means getting in line behind everyone else who waited until April.

New build questions
It depends on the square footage, the drainage, and the turf you pick. A bare lot is the cleanest install we do, so you start at the cheaper end of the range for prep. We do not post a price per square foot. On half the lots in Eagle Mountain it would be a number we had to walk back. We measure, we scope it, and you get a real number in writing for free. There is one number we can give you before we drive out. Our projects start at $2,500.
