Coverage
What your warranty covers.
Every HaloTurf install comes with two warranties. The turf itself is covered for 15 years by the manufacturer. Our own installation work is covered by us for 2 years.
The turf warranty guards against real fading or breakdown from normal sun exposure. If that happens, we repair or replace the affected area, or credit you for the cost of the material.
How coverage changes over time.
The turf warranty steps down over its 15-year life:
Coverage applies to turf bought straight from us, and only to the affected area.
The fine print
What the warranty doesn't cover.
A few things fall outside the turf warranty:
- Matting of the turf, from any cause
- The installation itself, which is under our separate 2-year labor warranty
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Wrong footwear, tobacco, or harsh chemicals and cleaners
- Fire, floods, vandalism, or acts of God
A satisfaction guarantee on every job.
On top of the warranty, every job comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
