Estimates and pricing
Any prices or ranges you see here or hear from us are estimates. They are not binding until you get a written quote for your specific project. Site conditions, material costs, and the size of the job can all change the final price.
Product appearance and color
Turf is made in production runs called lots. The shade and pile can vary a little between lots and can change slightly over time. Photos on this site show real turf, but they are examples, not an exact match for what gets installed in your yard.
Sun, wear, and fading
Turf color can soften over years of sun. This is normal for any outdoor product and is not a defect. Areas that get heavy use, like paths and play spots, will show wear faster than the rest.
Reflected heat
Sunlight can bounce off nearby windows, glass, or metal and focus on one spot, which raises the surface temperature of the turf. In some cases this reflected heat can affect the fibers. If your space has bright glass or low-e windows nearby, ask us and we can advise on where to place the turf.
Results vary
How your turf looks and lasts depends on your site. Base prep, drainage, sun, and how the space gets used all play a part. Two yards with the same turf can look a little different because of these things.
Warranty
Your turf comes with two warranties. The maker of the turf provides a product warranty, and HaloTurf stands behind our workmanship on the install. The exact terms, limits, and length of each warranty come to you in writing with your quote.
