My builder left bare dirt. Can you start from that?

Yes. That is the easiest yard we install. There is no sod to strip, so we go straight to clearing rubble and building the base.

Do I still need a sprinkler system in the back?

Not for the turf. Keep a drip line for your trees and beds, and you can leave the lawn zones out entirely.

Will turf work with a play set and a fire pit?

Yes. We cut around footings and set a non-combustible border around a fire pit so nothing sits directly against the fibers.

How soon can we use it?

The same day it is finished. There is no rooting-in period and nothing to keep the kids or the dog off.
