Artificial turf in Orem

We take Orem yards back to a flat, even surface. The old grass and the old irrigation both come out, and what goes back in needs neither.

Orem sits close under the mountain, so afternoon shade comes early on the east side and the wet corners never dry. Grass reacts badly to that. Turf does not, and the base underneath is graded to move water where you want it.

This is a renovation town more than a new-build one. Turf usually goes in as part of a bigger job here, next to fresh curbing, a rebuilt patio or a new planting bed, and it is the part that still looks right years later.
